Vidarshana Career Counselling Process

​

1. Appointment Booking

   

     Begin by scheduling the career counselling service at a convenient time.

 

2. Payment for Counselling Session

    

    Once your appointment is confirmed, proceed to make the payment.

 

3. Administer the MBTI Assessments

   

    After payment, you will receive instructions to complete the online MBTI assessment. The MBTI assessment is an important tool for the career counselling session.

 

4. Career Counseling Session

   

    The counselling lasting approximately 4 hours will be conducted in two sessions, in English and Sinhala languages 

 

    First Session:

 

    a) MBTI Type Verification 

    b) Thereafter you will receive personalized career guidance based on the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and Strong Interest Inventory principles. This session will help you gain a deeper understanding of your personality traits, interests,         

         and capabilities, guiding you towards a career that aligns with your true potential

   

    Second Session:

 

    A detailed discussion of your MBTI Career Report and the Vidarshana Career Guidance Report. Thereby you will receive tailored advice to further refine your career choices based on your personality, interests, and capabilities.​
